PEEK, polyetheretherketone, is one of the most performing existing superpolymers.

Roboze PEEK, NORSOK M710 certified, has a 143°C TG and a 343°C melting point. It is a polymer able to keep its mechanical properties even at 160°C HDT and 240°C operating temperature. Apart from its incredible thermal properties, PEEK has extraordinary chemical resistance properties, as it is able to resist to most of organic solvents, bases and acids, and has also self lubricating properties, useful in tribological applications.

Roboze is not only one of the best FFF 3D printers manufacturer for PEEK, but has also become synonym of versatility for technopolymers dedicated to Metal Replacement, thanks to its hard work in R&D activities to print carbon fiber composite materials.

Roboze Carbon PEEK, up to now available only on Argo 500, our production solution for large scale components, thanks to the new Xtreme series, in particular Roboze One+400 Xtreme solution, is now available on a desktop solution.

It is the material with the greatest features on the FFF technology market, suitable for extreme applications where high mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance is required.

Roboze Carbon PEEK, thanks the addition of carbon fibers, makes the matrix in PEEK even more resistant in terms of mechanics  and allows to meet the most extreme metal replacement applications, in automotive, motorsport, oil&gas, aeronautics and aerospace sectors.

Having the opportunity to use such a performing material, with the Roboze technology advantages, allows to obtain great benefits not only in terms of production time and costs, but also in terms of performances thanks to the material’s properties, offering the opportunity to realize finished components even lighter and with more freedom in design.
