Cut costs and speed up the production process: CNH industrial - IVECO Case Study
On January 10th there was a Webinar for companies and sector operators dedicated to the case study born from the collaboration of Roboze with CNH Industrial, a global leader in manufacturing and distribution of agriculture and on-road machines, trucks, buses and other vehicles, that uses our Roboze One+400 3D printer at the Suzzara’s IVECO plant, radically changing the production and the realization of prototypes and the so called jigs & fixtures.
In particular, Roboze One + 400 has contributed to the production of jigs and fixtures for the Iveco Daily assembly line, facilitating and reducing set-up time and costs thanks to an adequate processing of heavy and complex shaped parts even at very high temperatures, ensuring 'interchangeability and on-demand production, reducing the waste of useful material. Environmental sustainability, high precision, reduction of costs and time of work and safety in the production process: these are - among others - the main advantages of using Roboze technology.
The CNHi case study, described during the webinar, is a tangible proof of the advantages of using Roboze 3D printing technology within the company.
