We wanted to offer all our customers greater performance for the production of finished parts, for example having the possibility to print using technopolymers like PEEK.
Equipped with the innovative Beltless System, Roboze One Xtreme and Roboze One+400 Xtreme are the top of innovation thanks to the advanced electronics, the vacuum system and an integrated system of pre and post printing tools.
The Beltless System is regenerated and allows to have a particularly low friction coefficient, with the advantage of a longer lifetime of the Xtreme printers, increasing at the same time speed, quietness and precision.
The advanced control system is able to correct any errors during the printing phase by increasing the repeatability of the printed parts - a fundamental feature in the production of finished parts and small production batches - and at the same time reducing the risk of printing failure.
Offering solutions that improve the performance in terms of finished parts, material used and production time, is the main goal of Roboze that every day works hard to simplify and optimize the business of all customers.
The advantages of the Xtreme series
The Xtreme series, moreover, presents an integrated system for the management of the whole manufacturing process, the heat treatment process (HTP), aimed at increasing the quality of the printed parts and the productivity. The process includes the use of a Filament Dryer and HT Oven (optional).
- The Filament Dryer is capable to automatically load the filament and it is dedicated to dry the material before and during the priting phase;
- The HT Oven has a double function: thermally post-process the produced parts, with the aim of improving the mechanical performance at high temperature, the cristallinity level and removing any residual tensions, and preparing the filaments while printing for the next job, optimizing and speeding up production thanks to the large storage area for many spools of the same or different materials.
