Roboze Flex-TPU: now available on all Roboze platforms

TPU is a thermoplastic polyurethane. A material that is already known on the 3D printing market and used for multiple applications such as vibrating elements or sheaths.
Compared to other elastomers, ROBOZE FLEX TPU guarantees a higher continuous operating temperature (120 ° C), greater chemical resistance, with good resistance to UV rays, wear, abrasion and impact.

The ROBOZE R&D team is very satisfied with the result achieved as the possibility of producing parts, even of large dimensions, with a flexible technical material and with a process that accelerates the certification of projects, was a necessity not fully satisfied on the market so far.

The result of these efforts sees the opening of the Roboze FLEX TPU to all Roboze platforms, the PRODUCTION ARGO series included. With the aim of supporting its customers, ROBOZE will send the update to the new material to all its customers for free, giving them the opportunity to be always at the forefront and constantly sure of using the best and latest technology on the market with ROBOZE 3D printers.

New opportunity for high value added industries

The ROBOZE PRODUCTION series, consisting of ARGO 350 and ARGO 500, includes flexible additive manufacturing systems for large-scale, high-performance components with innovative elements that allow to control each individual print.
To certify the final product according to established quality standards, ROBOZE has introduced the Print Log System on the PRODUCTION devices, a system for the control and analysis of the operations performed by the machine during the production phase. In this way, all the processes and the respective values used are tracked, so as to identify any anomalies and be able to guarantee a product that complies with the purpose of use over time. The patented BELTLESS SYSTEM guarantees the repeatability of the production process so that the tolerances foreseen in the design phase are respected over time.
