Federico Iozzelli is the new CTO of Roboze
Welcome on board Federico!
From today our team can count on a new entry of great value: Federico Iozzelli is the new Chief Technical Officer of Roboze.
After graduating in Mechanical Engineering in Florence in 2001, Federico obtained a PhD in Materials Engineering and began his career at Baker Hughes, from 2005 till today. Federico has solid experience in special processes and in the development of materials and coatings.
From 2005 to 2015 he was responsible for the development of Low Temperature Materials, managing teams in Italy, Poland, India and China. In 2015 Federico moved into manufacturing as MFG Engineering Manager and led a group of experts responsible for CNC machining, machine methods and programming, new technology introduction and productivity.
In 2017 he was appointed as MFG Cell Leader leading the turbomachinery rotor parts machining team in order to produce and supply world-class quality products to meet customer needs by ensuring high quality standards and HSE with a Lean approach.
In 2019 Federico was appointed Plant Manager of the Baker Hughes plant in Vibo Valentia, demonstrating his capability in leading functional, commercial and corporate objectives in general. Here he managed to integrate the business processes, participating in the long-term planning and contributing to the overall corporate strategy.
In 2020 Federico was promoted to Plant Manager of the Baker Hughes plant in Bari, a center of excellence in the production and marketing of centrifugal pumps for the Energy market.
He joins Roboze in the role of CTO, and we are sure will give us the opportunity to quickly establish our technological leadership in the world!
