CNH Industrial, global leader in the manufacturing of earthmoving machines, trucks and commercial vehicles, creates jigs & fixtures for the IVECO Daily assembly line with Roboze One +400 at its IVECO plant in Suzzara, Italy.

IVECO's strategic decision to use ABS for assembly line centering masks, and PEEK for tools that can hold up to extreme mechanical, thermal and high temperature stress in chemically aggressive environments, has resulted in the overall lightweighting and optimization of assembly line tool ergonomics, improved efficiency and significant reductions in tooling supply cycle times and manufacturing costs.
