The Beltless System revolution, the direct movement with helical rack and pinion that ensures high repeatability and easy maintenance
Traditionally, the X and Y axes of a 3D printer are moved through reinforced rubber toothed belts.
Roboze, by removing belts and introducing a direct mechatronic movement of the X and Y axes, through the Beltless System, ensures a precision up to 10 micron and simplifes the maintenance process.
The adoption of helical rack and pinion allows that the engagement is gradual and the load is transmitted over more teeth. providing the FFF 3D printing mechanics with true micrometric tolerances.
