The HVP extruder designed by Roboze is one of the technological innovations developed by the R&D team with the aim of facilitating the extrusion process of high viscosity polymers.

The device has a narrowing in the internal extrusion channel, specifically designed to reduce the internal frictions and accelerate the speed of the polymeric flow, that, with the support of the compressed air cooling system, influences the shape memory of the material. These features, combined with the optimal printing temperature (up to 450°C), allow to reduce the mechanical stress, guaranteeing low dimensional tolerances and the great chemical -physical properties of the material.
